Once the order form is faxed from the doctor’s office, the Company ships a 3-month supply directly to the patient’s shipping address. Patients receive product within 3-5 business days.
Convenient Re-fills: To ensure retention on the physician’s recommended treatment, and for the patient’s convenience, the Company will automatically ship the next 3-month supply well before your current supply runs out. The automatic refills get shipped every 85 days.
FLAT Shipping & Handling: The product is delivered by USPS for flat shipping and handling fee of $8 for every 3-month supply.
