Are the products available over the counter or in pharmacies?

Answer : Products are only available by directly from PreEmptive Meds, Inc. and only via recommendation of a healthcare professional in the USA.

Would the order be for a monthly supply?

Answer :  Each order or shipment is a 3-month supply. Each package will contain 3 bottles of 62 capsules each for TWICE-DAILY dosing. You can see an image of the PreLipid ® package, as an example of the BASIC product below:.

To save on shipping costs, patients receive 3-month supplies at a time for flat shipping and handling fee of $8 for a 3-month supply. Do you accept any other mode of payment apart from credit cards?

Answer :  Yes. Current methods of payment can be either by credit card or by debit card connected to a checking account or e-check. These payment methods expedite the shipments and give you the convenience of quicker and on-time deliveries. The product will be delivered within 7-business days of placing your order.

How long do I need to take it?

Answer :  Generally, as this is a therapeutic dietary supplement, which helps you to lower the risk of developing serious, chronic disease, it is recommended that the product be taken twice-daily on a regular basis, along with following your doctor’s advice.  It’s important to be compliant with the twice-daily dosage.  Do not stop taking the product, unless advised by your doctor.  Please inform your doctor, if you stop taking the product

•PMEDS will cancel the account and membership to the PreEmptive Rewards™ program and no future shipments will be sent to you.

•Once a package is shipped, the patient are responsible for full payment, even if they return or refuse the package. .

•Dietary supplements cannot be re-stocked once it leaves the Company’s warehouse and so, once shipped, the patient will be responsible for its full payment for all regular orders.
