What is the PreEmptive Provider Network™?

Answer : PPN (PreEmptive Provider Network™) is a network of healthcare providers in the U.S who believe in having clinical options and alternatives to treat a variety of chronic diseases, while helping their patients preempt full-blown disease by offering evidence-based, all-natural therapeutic options.

As a healthcare professional, you will need to be a registered member of the PPN to recommend PMEDS's products. The membership is free and allows you to get trained on PMEDS's products and recommend them appropriately to your patients, thereby putting control of your patient's health back in your hands.

How do I participate?

Answer :  Any US based Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in recommending or trying PMEDS’s clinically proven plant-based formulations as viable alternatives to prescriptions or for preemption of disease are welcome to participate in the Network calling clicking on the PPN menu on this site, under Healthcare Professionals section. Physicians and healthcare professionals who are registered in the Company’s PreEmptive Provider Network™ (PPN) can recommend products to their patients.

How do I benefit as a Provider?

Answer : • You can get trained in the evidence and science of PMEDS’s products via an engaging online or live training session called “Café Series™”

Are these products approved by the FDA?

Answer :  As these products are therapeutic nutraceuticals, or herbal supplements, they are reviewed under the FDA’s Office of Dietary Supplements and under the federal act of 1994 called DSHEA (Dietary Supplement and Health Education Act). Dietary Supplements are not subject to FDA approval like the approvals needed for new pharmaceutical drugs. How do I know if the products are safe?

Answer :  Since all the ingredients used in our products fall under the DSHEA (Dietary Supplement & Health Education Act) database of herbs of commerce, classified by the FDA as GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe,) we are not required to conduct safety studies, like that required of a new pharmaceutical agent. The FDA’s view is that these ingredients, which have been abundantly used in commerce in the US for many years prior to 1994, may be generally safe.

Under the law, manufacturers of dietary supplements are responsible for making sure their products are safe before they go to market. They are also responsible for determining that the claims on their labels are accurate and truthful. Dietary supplement products are not reviewed by the government before they are marketed, but FDA has the responsibility to take action against any unsafe dietary supplement product that reaches the market.

Do I get samples for my patients?

Answer :  5-Day Sample: The doctor may provide a 5-day FREE sample to the patient to cover the period till the product reaches the patient. Samples are provided to doctors by the Company’s sales representatives.

Are these products available over the counter or in pharmacies?

Answer :  These products are only available by mail-order from the Company. Physicians in the US who are registered as provider under the PreEmptive Provider Network™ (PPN) can recommend products to their patients and the product is ordered via a simple order form. The product ships directly to the patient from the Company.

How much product is included in each order?

Answer :  All our products are dispensed in 3-month supplies. Once an initial order is placed, the product will be automatically refilled every 3 months by mail order. All of our products are dosed twice-daily. This is an important condition for optimal efficacy and patients should take the products as per the instructions on the bottle.

•You can ask for a full refund by calling Customer Service at 1-888-773-6331 if the product is not working for you only during the first 85 days.

•Check efficacy only after the first 60 days (two months) of being on the twice-daily product. With natural medicine, it takes a minimum of 60 days to show efficacy.

•After 60 days, PMEDS will cancel your order and fully refund the money If not efficacious.

•No refund will be given if you do not call within the first 85 days.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Answer :

•Patients can cancel future orders by calling PMEDS before the 85th day of receiving the previous shipment.

•PMEDS will cancel the account and membership to the PreEmptive Rewards™ program and no future shipments will be sent to you.

•Once a package is shipped, the patient are responsible for full payment, even if they return or refuse the package.

•Dietary supplements cannot be re-stocked once it leaves the Company’s warehouse and so, once shipped, the patient will be responsible for its full payment for all regular orders.
